Join the Counseling Center for Women’s Legacy Program

Your legacy plan reflects what is most important and meaningful for you.

Creating a Legacy plan is an empowering experience that allows you to leave your personal imprint on the future. It completes the work of your life and offers the opportunity to support a cause that you deeply care about.

CCW has become an invaluable resource for women in Israel as they strive to navigate daily challenges.
Yet there remains a vast, unmet need among many women in our community who are unable to take advantage of our services.

To this end, we are proud to introduce LEGACY AND CCW. It aims to create a community of dedicated supporters to make gender-sensitive mental health services available to every woman in Israel who seeks it.

CCW's Legacy Program:

CCW envisions a society where all women have access to high quality mental health services from a gender-sensitive perspective to overcome emotional challenges.

Subsidies and projects are made possible by the generosity of individual donors, families and foundations. It is our wish to continue to serve women for many years to come and ensure the sustainability of our organization.

Through legacy giving, you can help us in serving many generations of women at the Counseling Center for Women.
If you want to learn more about our legacy program or inform us of your legacy please contact: Medi Nahmiyaz Baruh, Resource Development Manager, medi@ccw.org.il

CCW's History and Impact:

Our gender-focused psychotherapy is designed to foster personal and emotional growth. One session at a time, we help our clients build self-esteem and become more resilient as they strive to achieve their full potential.

Our unique service model extends beyond the therapy room and into our communities. CCW serves as a knowledge hub and professional training center for students and practitioners alike, enabling us to share our expertise and impact future generations. Each year, social work students from recognized Israeli universities are accepted by the Center to receive personal and professional supervision. The practical training at CCW gives a real-life look into the world of feminist psychotherapy; deepening theoretical knowledge and helping students acquire skills to treat women in crisis and other challenges that may arise during a woman’s life.

In 1986, nine female psychotherapists, all pioneers in their field, joined to form a collective. They had a unique vision to make high-quality, gender-sensitive psychotherapy accessible to all women in Israel.

Today, the Counseling Center for Women (CCW), as their initiative was called, has grown into a thriving nonprofit organization that serves 300 women annually. It provides 10,000 psychotherapy hours each year from two centers in Jerusalem and Ramat Gan, as well as from satellite clinics.

Women in Israel face distinct challenges and conflicts in their personal and professional lives: inequality in family sphere and workplace, economic disparity, and limited political representation. These difficulties are intensified during times of social and political crisis. As the first and only Israeli nonprofit professional endeavor to offer subsidized psychotherapy services to women, including the underprivileged and those at-risk for various reasons, CCW fills a vital need in thousands of lives.

Ways to Give:
